  • Fax2MailTWT's Fax2Mail solution is a service which allows faxes to be sent and received via e-mail, by associating an e-mail address with a geographical number. TWT provides the service both via new geographical access numbers and through Number Portability. There are three types of Service: Standard, Advanced and Exchange.
  • AntispammingTWT's "anti-spamming" service protects all mailboxes within the same domain from undesired advertising mail, using an automatic filter. This anti-spam filter performs a number of tests on all e-mail received, applying a complex message-analyzing algorithm. The filter assigns a score for each test performed on the basis of its settings, and messages are then classified as either desired or undesired.
  • Exchange BoxTWT's Exchange Box allows to access at any time and from any device to business information. Your data are hosted in the Data Center TWT, your informations are protected with the highest standards of backup.

  • Voice (IT)The "Voice" section offers reports on call details per day, by traffic profile and by number. The Speed-Dial Number Management facility can also be accessed from this area.
  • Data (IT)The "Data" section contains the master data and usage statistics for xDSL lines, along with the Web Reports. The "Registration details" section also shows the migration code including the secret code, comprising the first three alphanumeric characters.

  • Switchless CorporateA web interface provides the activation/deactivation of customer numbers in real time for both VoIP and CPS (Carrier Pre Selection) services, daily data downloads for invoicing (CDR, Call Data Records), and reports on the state of customer lines. 1st and 2nd level portability can also be requested from other operators.
  • Switchless xDSLPermits the management of customer base and the provisioning of xDSL lines, online service coverage checks, and line tests (ping), manage line faults and access the Forum for contacting TWT's Customer service division.
