Business DiamondBusiness Diamond is the dedicated direct access Voice and integrated service for businesses requiring a high number of telephone lines. ISDN Primary access makes 15 to 30 channels available.

With Business Diamond, customers can call fixed and mobile numbers in Italy and abroad, and send faxes - simply by connecting directly to TWT’s network. In addition, Business Bridge allows you to give up the former monopoly’ provider’s lines and service charges without having to forego your current telephone number, thanks to Number Portability.

To satisfy the needs of different businesses, Business Diamond provides Business Diamond 15 and Business Diamond 30. Choose the right solution for your business, with either 15 or 30 telephone lines and a portable number included.

With Business Diamond voice and data offers, customers benefit from: flat data traffic; rental, installation, configuration and maintenance of the TWT Voice Access Modem, which allows for telephone calls and faxes in addition to internet access (if opted for); a class of IP static addresses (4 or 8 IP addresses) included; registration and free maintenance of a second level domain (e.g. companyname.it/.com/.net/.org/.eu); 20 Mb of web space for a company website, FTP start-up, backup and maintenance; 5 Gb of email domain space with up to 50 accounts; domain-level antispamming option.

Traffic report on our website

Customers can log on to our website www.twt.it to check their telephone traffic online in real time and over any number of time periods, and to create statistical reports.
